My husband and I plus friends and family have often eaten at Throbbing Strawberry and Mon Petit Throb and have always had outstanding food. Too many different meals to name but I have no hesitation in recommending both restaurants. If I had a criticism it would be the setting of Throb but once seated and eating, one forgets you're overlooking a car park and busy road, neither of which are intrusive.

Went to Throbbing Strawberry for the first time in 2011. I had such an amazing time, so much so that when I moved to Jhb in 2014 it was the first place I went to. I had a great time...it's still as i remembered it. The food, the vibe, the staff...all so wonderful! Thank you, I really had a great time.

Went to Throbbing Strawberry for the first time, they were absolutely packed, but a plan was made and we were seated promptly...the greatness didn't stop there. The food was amazing along with the staff, who despite being busy were very accommodating to no fault. Had the best dining experience of 2011 so far and will be returning again and again. Well done to the ladies and gents who make it the perfect Friday dinner spot.
