Restaurant description

Even though the restaurant is open plan, when you walk in to the Cantina, it feels like a little rustic Mexican Hacienda, with its low corrugated iron roof, wooden walls and huge mosaic bar. This area also feeds out to our 100sqm open air Courtyard area, where you can sit on benches around the fire and soak in the company as well as our range of Margaritas & Imported Tequilas.
Chingada's is more than a restaurant... it's a destination!

Especially on the weekends when most of our compadres will come in for some tasty Mexican Graze, then move over to the Cantina and let the night take its course, often with some live music, or a little Rock n Roll.

Definitely a social environment, you'll find our punters normally getting stuck in to a variety of our Botanas, like the Handmade Jalapeno & Cheese Empanadas, Battered Jalapenos, Carnitas, Lime & Chile Crumbed Prawns or for the more adventurous, the Pulpo el Fuego (Octopus of Fire), before chowing down on the Chicken & Chorizo Chimi, Ground Beef Nachos, Pollo con Mole or our range of Tacos & Fajitas.

All of this then washed down with our own selection of carajillo's, a Spanish inspired style of Coffees made with Liqueurs or heated Spirits with Cinnamon, topped with fresh cream or froth.

We are a proud bunch at Chingada's Mexican Cantina. We are proud of our food, we are proud of our staff and we are proud to serve the smiling and happy people that grace our humble establishment night after night.
