Our goal is achieving a low carbon footprint. Apart from the freshly brewed coffee, most of our ingredients are locally sourced. We use locally grown organic wheat and rye flour for our homemade bread. Fresh fruit, berries and eggs are from nearby farms. Crispy salad greens and herbs are harvested in our garden.
