Restaurant description

The Centurion Hotel, which has long been Centurion's favourite business and leisure hotel, is the first of Legacy Hotels & Resorts' hotels to open a Brunos concept restaurant which the group plans to expand throughout its properties.

In naming this restaurant concept, Legacy has paid homage to an industry legend - the late Bruno Corte, Legacy Hotels & Resorts International's former managing director. Bruno formed an integral part of many people's lives with his unbelievable passion for great food and excellent service. The hotel has produced a buffet menu that certainly would have met all his expectations with dishes including chicken rotisserie, stirfry and fresh line fish daily. For dessert, the chef has included the hotel's famous ice-cream and home-made chocolate sauce.

Brunos Restaurant welcomed its first patrons on October 1 and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, seating up to 122 guests. A full English breakfast is available, as well as an interactive lunch and dinner buffet. A diverse ? la carte menu is also available at and time during the day and includes everything from breakfast, through light emals to grills and seafood. Private functions are catered for in a private section of the restaurant at no extra cost or minimum seating. Brunos also has a selection of exclusive wines available from the wine cabinets.

The Sunday buffet is out of this world. To top it off, children under 12 eat for free. As a single mom, this makes it possible for us to go out on Sundays to our favourite spot - Bruno's!

My child can swim and enjoy herself while I relax in peace and quiet.
