Ethiopian cuisine characteristically consists of vegetable and often spicy meat dishes, usually in the form w'et or wot, a thick stew, served a top injera, a large sourdough flatbread, which is made out of fermented teff flour. Ethiopians eat exclusively with their hands, using pieces of injera to pick up bites of entr�es and side dishes. Utensils are rarely used with Ethiopian cuisine.
