Restaurant description

Lemon and prawn risotto, Braised oxtail in red wine and Sweet chilli glazed free range duck. Sounds mouth-watering? It certainly is! And if you haven't tried the Malva pudding with toffee syrup and Caramel fudge mousse, served with chilli chocolate anglaise, you are certainly in for a pleasant surprise!

Offering a variety of seating arrangements, vibrant decor colours and modern fireplaces, Balata Restaurant is famous for its outstanding breakfasts. Light business lunches are equally popular, but Balata will certainly become known for its exquisite fine dining under the leadership of Jean-Pierre Siegenthaler. Using the freshest produce available, all meals are served with great care and attention to detail.

The Sunday buffet lunch is a culinary feast not to be missed and romantic fine dining dinner next to the fireplace is high in demand.

Balata Restaurant is accredited with the American Express Platinum Fine Dining Award 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
