Restaurant description

We're all about offering authentic, locally sourced, organic where possible food & drink, that's free from harmful chemicals, additives and preservatives.

Having been fortunate enough to have been exposed to some truly inspirational establishments worldwide, working alongside those that I would definitely call pioneers, I thought it about time to introduce the southern hemisphere, the simplicity of authentic, fresh food inspired by season. Crafted from the very best in locally sourced, sustainable and traceable product and goods. Free from additives, preservatives and other harmful chemicals.

I guess you could say, its the way my grandparents used to cook. Where things took that little bit of time, and they used only that which was available according to the season. Adding only ingredients that help bring out the flavours and aromas of the dish, such as a bouquet of fresh picked herbs or veggies.

It's really all about slowing things down a little, because for us food is what brings people together. The sounds of clinking glasses, the roar of laughter and the dancing of knives and forks on plates. Sharing in a meal and connecting with the people that journey through life with you. For us, Food is essential to life, make it great.
