Located in the prestigious 24 Central complex, this latest addition to the Baron group has certainly all the right attributes to attract the trendy restaurant-going population of Sandton. Due to its corner location, the Baron is fortunate to have a completely secluded outside patio, complete with huge scenic wall mural cleverly screening an otherwise uninspiring concrete wall. The patio has it?s own bar for super efficient service and a good supply of shady umbrellas and gas heaters to cater for all types of weather. Further outside seating is provided at the front of the restaurant where couches and coffee tables are laid out around a soothing water feature which is a great location for drinks after work or a casual bite to eat.

The interior of the restaurant has been well planned with the focal point being the revolving glass seating booths which cleverly separate the smoking and non-smoking sections. Each booth can rotate independently so diners can choose which view of the restaurant they prefer! As far as the d?cor is concerned much use is made of natural stone, wood, leather which combined with a palette of warm autumn colours creates a very stylish look which achieves the right balance between casual and upmarket. Other interior features are the glass enclosed wine room, the chic circular gas fire and distinctly theatrical chandeliers.

The menu, being so large offers a fairly diverse selection of dishes. Good, hearty, traditional fare (Prego's, Home-made Pie and the old favourite Fish and Chips) remind you of Mum's home cooking. Interspersed with this, you'll find a pleasing selection of fish, steaks and grills. Vegetarians are also carefully catered for. For the not so hungry, there's a choice of smaller, snack meals from the bar menu and if you have a craving for something sweet, the Blueberry Cheesecake is a must!

The Baron Group is a professional entertainment group that is managed and operated by a team of dynamic professionals. We ensure that quality and service to our clientele is fast and efficient, and of the highest standard.

No matter how busy this place gets (and it can get busy) their service is always great. Friendly staff; good management and really good food. Have never been disappointed.
