Read more "I was looking for something different form the normal wine & chocolate pairing and since a friend of mine heard something via the grapevine that Annica's does alcohol and cake pairing I thought I?ll give it a try. Now I would consider myself to be someone with an adventurous palate so since Annica's caters for those with a sophisticated palate I thought why not?
And I tell you what, I thought I had an adventurous palate but Annica's took me on a journey and an experience I did not see coming. The pairing was amazing with my favourite being the Whiskey and the Cognac. At first I wasn't completely sold but that is exactly the reason I went ahead and I would not add or take away from anything I was offered.
So I say go on and have an unforgettable experience of your own.
