A journey through the Universe, begins with the 16? (40cm) Meade Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope. It is a journey with the following stops along the way:
Guests will be shown what the galaxy in which we live, the Milky way, looks like as seen from a distance. When we look at our own Solar System with Sun as the Star at one centre.
The cost for the Astronomy is a R 100.00 p/person. The menu is a la carte and a 10% gratuity will be added to the Food/Bar bill. Starting times are 19:30 during the autumn and winter months, and 19:30 for 20:00 during the spring and summer months. The restaurant runs most Friday and Saturday nights, depending on the weather and bookings

Our waitress was obviously new and was learning and had to be shown what we wanted to order on the Menu. Alex does a fantastic job of showing you the stars in between the meal courses. Just be aware that the weather and cloud cover can have an impact on the star gazing. Take the road very slowly in the dark."
