The cuisine at Nineteen Stairs is a fusion of elegance and simplicity. Influenced by global trends and classic cooking, the menu offers a variety of culinary experiences which always make use of the freshest quality ingredients. The signature fig and wine fillet is a delightful combination of fillet and roasted figs served with a reduced wine and balsamic jus topped with a dollop of silky mascarpone cheese.
