Restaurant description

In 1994 Brasserie de Paris was established in the old Hatfield bakery on Duncan Street, Pretoria.

Sarie Jooste Jordaan moved the restaurant to the Karl Jooste House at 381 Aries Street when she restructured the restaurant.

The aim has always been to provide high quality French based fine dining in a unique physical context. Our cuisine is and will always be based on the French tradition.

Over the years the restaurant won numerous fine dining and wine awards.

Ane wait is head chef at Brasserie de Paris and Sarie Jooste Jordaan the Managing Director.

AS always the food, service, atmosphere was unbelievable. The Chef definitely one of the best, if not the best in South Africa. Again an unforgettable evening. Merci !
