Knead make their very own hot cross buns from enriched dough made with milk and eggs. The spice mix is their own special recipe with a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom, coriander, cloves and mace. Each bun is loaded with currents, raisins, apricots, cranberries, candied orange, lemon peel and pecan nuts. They are glazed hot out of the oven and sold fresh on the day.

During Easter weekend they offer these deliciously toasted with melted butter or made into the most glorious "HOT CROSS BUN FRENCH TOAST" served with Nutella or Honey & Lemon.

Famous for their delicious hot cross buns as well as sugar free buns. The sugar free buns are also partly wheat free (they contain half rye and a quarter wheat for those looking for something a little healthier).
