Our new Chef de Cuisine, Constantijn Hahndiek, works closely with local suppliers to source the finest, freshest ingredients to create a seasonal � la Carte menu sure to excite. Classically trained and influenced by global trends, Chef Hahndiek's dishes take their lead from local favourites.
