Read more "Hi there, I've eaten at Fusion several times in the past and have always been very impressed with the food and the service. Dylan is an excellent waiter and the food is simply exquisite. I recently came for dinner with 10 interns (3 Zimbabweans and 7 Australians) and they were equally as impressed as I have been. The students from Melbourne said that the food was on par with and better than many of the restaurants they eat at back home. I tell as many people as I can about how wonderful my dining experience always is at Fusion :-)

Awesome chocolate fondant - the waiter even gave us the recipe! Also found a new Rosé which was affordable but delicious."
