Situated in the heart of the 5-star Royal Sibaya Hotel, a visit to The intimate Royal Court Grill Restaurant at Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom will leave you longing for more.

Chef Sanjeen Ramsuroop was part of the opening team that facilitated the memorable opening of Sibaya in 2004 and after travelling abroad is back and heading up the Sibaya Casino Kitchens as the HLM Sibaya Casino Executive Chef.

The very special and unique Sibaya clientele was what inspired Chef Sanjeen when creating the Royal Court Grill new menu. Over the years the Chef has got to know the Sibaya Casino guests, on a personal level, and has taken the likes and dislikes of the guest into consideration when preparing the new menu, as well as incorporating the best quality and freshest produce available.

Among the world-class dishes available are the 350g Rack of Lamb, the Chicken Kalia served with traditional pickles and condiments or the Vegetable and Red Onion Strudel.

Those with a sweet tooth will also be delighted to see a variety of mouth-watering desserts including, Peach, Blueberry and Mascarpone Trifle, Caramelized Banana and Pecan or try the Chef's special of the day to end off your meal.

I was pleasantly surprised by the relaxed atmosphere, wonderful service and the delicious food. The background music was audible but not too loud as to prevent one from having a conversation. The decor was beautiful and tasteful.

There was a lady who did her best to walk around and check that everyone was happy with their food. She was very friendly, but not intrusive. The service from the waitresses was also very professional and friendly.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a romantic evening with great food and excellent service. Well done Royal Court, you're setting a wonderful example for others to follow! "
