Restaurant description

Sapore's mission was to bring much-needed fun and trendy dining to the Midlands area. Wood fired pizzas, sushi and cocktails were on our menu from the word go - a first of its kind in an area renowned for traditional pub grub.

As Sapore's popularity grew from strength to strength, the restaurant has expanded to include extra dining space, a small wine cellar and a stylish bar and lounge area.

Sapore can now seat, weather permitting, 80 - 120 covers and has one of the largest menus you'll find in the Midlands area. From easy going pizzas and hamburgers, to sleek sushi and steak, you'd be hard pressed not to find anything you like on offer!
