The Whaling Station Restaurant is an easy 1 hours drive from Cape Town along the scenic R44 or Clarence Drive, passing Gordon's Bay, Rooi Els and Pringle Bay (possibly one of the most beautiful drives in the world).

The Whaling Station Restaurant got its name from the original Whaling Station which was operational nearby during the early 1900's, the remains can still be seen at Stony Point. The Whaling Station Restaurant is the only place where the original photo's of the Whaling Station can be viewed.


The Continental flair of the restaurant is clearly evident from the menu which will tantalize any taste bud. Only fresh ingredients are used and I take great pride in all my food being homemade.
