Restaurant description

We run a fully licensed restaurant that serves traditional "boerekos" seven days a week. We are famous for our large portions and value for money. Our restaurant can comfortably seat 75 people and is available for private functions.

On Saturdays those who like offal can indulge in steaming pots of either curried or plain tripe.

We run a fully licensed restaurant that serves traditional "boerekos" seven days a week. We are famous for our large portions and value for money. Our restaurant can comfortably seat 75 people and is available for private functions.

On Saturdays those who like offal can indulge in steaming pots of either curried or plain tripe.
Sunday lunches are three course affairs, with a large buffet to choose from.
Pensioner Thursdays means pensioners can have the main meal at a special price.

At Dassiesfontein we grind our own
flour on the farm, and our famous
loaves of farm bread are freshly baked
at the restaurant in an old wood stove.

Tastings of all the local wines can be
arranged on request.

Its an absolute must - even if it is just for coffee, bread and jam."
