Having launched the Spaanschemat River Café on Uitsig some years ago Graham Isaacson sold the business back to the farm after four very successful years and went off to explore other opportunities. A few business turnaround projects later he acquired together with business partner Rael Abramowitz the restaurant on Imhoff Farm. Over the next six years they reinvented the food offering on the farm adding four more businesses including a farm shop, a fish restaurant and a wine shop. The best kept secret in the Cape was discovered. In August the pair sold all their interests in the farm and searched for the next gem.

And so the next chapter starts to unfold.

Lime Tree Café and adjacent Olio Pizza will launch towards the end of September in Sherwood Centre Children's Way Bergvliet. Extremely well positioned in heart of the Constantia valley close to freeways and feeder routes the new restaurant and deli will be serving some delicious food options. Breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner-some favourites that Graham has become well known for and some new inventions that'll blow your taste buds. It's the kind of place you'll be coming back to time and time again as the specials board changes daily.
