Enjoy a unique and enchanting experience, pristine in its value and coming alive at Annapurna. In the Hindu mythology, Annapurna is the goddess of harvest, who provides food in abundance to an unlimited amount of people. Interpreting this divine aspect of nourishing care, Annapurna Restaurant serves authentic, delectable Indian cuisine to Cape Town!s locals and visitors at a reasonable price. Annapurna is also proud to say that all our waiters are from Indian descent. A red bowl with golden grains and a big wooden plate, thus symbolizing rich harvests and Indian hospitality, represent the abundance of quality food and the large variety of dishes at Annapurna Restaurant.

From the rich heritage of Indian Cuisine, Annapurna offers a variety of dishes that is particularly well suited to the South African palate. You can choose from more than 50 flavoursome curries, all prepared to order from fresh lamb, chicken, seafood or vegetables. Or enjoy one of the delicious Tandoori Delights, ranging from succulent lamb chops and tender Tandoori Chicken to Grilled Fish and freshly baked Indian Breads.

Indian Cuisine does not have to be hot. All dishes are freshly made to your taste and can be ordered mild, medium or hot. To round off your meal, try Chicken Tikka for starter and have real Indian beer. Annapurna is the only Indian Restaurant that promotes Kingfisher Beer. For dessert or for tea time, indulge one of the famous Indian Sweets together with traditional Masala Chai Tea.

Can't give a score less than 9 on all categories."
