Restaurant description

Bo-Kaap is the oldest settlement of the Malay people of South Africa. It is the burial place of Tuang Guru, the man regarded by many as having established Islam at the
Southern tip of Africa. A hallmark of the Cape Malay people is the warm hospitality they extend to all their visitors. We hope that as you cast your gaze on our magnificent Table Mountain and indulge in the tasty foods prepared by Yusuf and Nazli, that in some small way you will have imbibed a bit of the essence of the history, culture, customs and traditions of the people who settled here more than 300 years ago.
