Set in the heart of Claremont's commercial hub and silhouetted by the spectacular backdrop of Table Mountain, Salushi offers quality dining, value for money and friendly, efficient service in a relaxed, homely and aesthetically appealing environment.

Having recently enclosed the outdoor area complete with heaters, spectacular fairy lights and rolling blinds, the winter menu has also been extended and now offers a variety of innovative noodles, grills and decadent Lindt desserts.

Signature dishes include Bon Bon Gifts (salmon fashion sandwiches wrapped in salmon and topped with mayo and caviar), Prawn Passion (Deep fried prawn California rolls topped with teriyaki sauce, Japanese mayo and spring onion), Malay Chicken (a rice noodle dish with wok seared chicken strips in a coconut milk, coriander and fresh chilli sauce) while the wok seared Salmon Salad continues to receive rave revues. The Wasabi Truffle (Lindt chocolate and wasabi base topped with a delicious Crème Bruleé topping) is simply decadent while a selection of refreshing cocktails make Salushi the perfect venue to unwind at after a long day.

Situated on the ground floor of the Intaba Building, 25 Protea Road, Claremont, Salushi offers a little something for everyone including, fabulous "office and party platters" as we as a full catering, functions and events division.
