Restaurant description

The Brasserie Restaurant, under direction of Chef Peter Anderson, is a culinary experience to savour. Ocean-inspired with under-tones of mother-of-pearl, lines are clean and classical, leading outdoors onto the wooden terrace.

The menu comprises of a combination of signature culinary art and simplistic contemporary tastes. The emphasis is on flavours, taste and minimalism in keeping with the hotels architectural design and atmosphere. Accompanied by impeccable service and breathtaking scenery, dining at The Brasserie Restaurant is not only a unique, but very memorable experience.

The Brasserie like life, is all about choice, you choose the menu you want. We just give you a selection of the most mouth-watering options; nobody said life was easy. All our dishes are served as half or full portions so the choice is yours. Our aim is to use only the freshest local ingredients, which means the brasserie menu is constantly changing and evolving with the seasons. A delectable array of selected local wines from the surrounding valleys are available as a compliment to your meal.
