Restaurant description

Established in 1964, the Rondebosch Hussar Grill is one of the oldest grillrooms in the country and is a true Capetonian favourite that has been serving the finest South Africa beef to generations of loyal and dedicated guests for the past 55 years. Situated in the leafy suburb of Rondebosch, the restaurant is filled with character and embodies the finest of grill room traditions. As the original Hussar Grill, it remains the benchmark against which all the others are measured.
The Hussar Grill Rondebosch recently received the Afristay Writer's Choice 2018 Award voted the Top Restaurant in Rondebosch!

Simply awesome

We both had the wilderbeest tonight and I can't remember eating a piece of meat as perfect as this. Great staff, Great restaurant.
Already booked to go back.
