We arrived around 10.35pm, and found that they were just about to close up, however a young lady came to greet us at the door and welcomed us in, after we received our drinks, my husband being very fussy asked a lot of questions, and asked the young lady if it?s true that the food is quick and is it really freakin awesome as we read about. With a little shy giggle she answered all the questions and not once did she have to look at the menu to suggest something or to answer a question about a topping, she told us they are the best burgers and that we will leave more satisfied than we thought. Our food order was taken and not even 5 minutes she came walking to our table and served us our burgers, both speechless she smiled at us and told us to enjoy our meal. After a few minutes the lady came to check on us to ask if all was good, my husband had his burger in his hands, while I used a knife and fork, she told me I was also welcome to eat my burger with my hands and that it was the best way to eat it, so indeed I tried this and oh my word how good was this feeling to me, it made me feel right at home and I really enjoyed myself. After we had finished she came and asked us if we had enjoyed our burgers, I tell you she was spot on, we eat out at least once a week at many different places, and in a very long time have we had such a good meal. Best burgers we have ever had and quick and made to perfection, the service this young lady gave us, I don?t remember her name, but she wears glasses, made us feel at home and not in a restaurant. She treated us like friends and not just another table best service we've had in a long time. We will defiantly be back at Gibson?s, the food is brilliant the service is tops, we will recommend Gibson?s to everyone we know. What an awesome experience, a very big thank you to the waitress for her excellent service, and to the chef for an amazing burger. "
