Restaurant description

The Cloof Kitchen offers light lunches in the tasting room. Much of the fresh products used is organically grown in their gardens; salads are often picked minutes before appearing on guests' plates.

Flavour rules our world? is the mantra by which Cloof wine estate near Darling produces a number of tasty products ? many of which are made using produce from the estate's garden. A deliciously spicy aubergine pickle is particularly popular. Mix it with thick yoghurt, cream cheese or creme fraiche for a delicious dip or serve it as it is with lamb or fish. It also tastes great with curry or try it with a salad or cold meats. There?s also the red tomato pickle, which is scrumptious eaten with cheeses and bread. And the marinated olives are definitely worth trying.
