Restaurant description

Snug in convivial Waves Restaurant you?ll be offered an a la carte menu that focuses on local ingredients. The famous eat-as-much-as-you-wish carvery and seafood buffets are available throughout most of flower season (Aug-Sep) and on request.

Waves Restaurant is open for dinner and the menu gain inspiration from local and international cuisine. Seafood rules, but there?s also steak and other red meats if you have surfeit of seafood, and vegetarian options if you?re not into meat at all. Highlights include Smoked Salmon and Chicken Salad, Snoek p?t? with Rooibos Tea Loaf, Seafood a la Waves (Pasta) and Crayfish in season.
