The Delaire Graff Restaurant offers approachable fine food with fresh and vibrant flavours. Guests are able to dine on the terrace under a canopy of pin oak trees or within the spectacular interiors whilst enjoying the breathtaking views Delaire allows of the Stellenbosch Valley and Mountains.

The restaurant, headed by executive Chef Christiaan Campbell, has created accessible and approachable fine cuisine with fresh and robust flavours. The lunch menu is light and vibrant in keeping with many of the dishes being baked or roasted in wood fired ovens. The evening menu shows great delicacy and elegance in its presentation and tastes, without departing from signature bold flavours. Guests are able to dine on the terrace under a canopy of pin oak trees, or within the spectacular interior whilst enjoying the breathtaking views of the Stellenbosch valley and mountains. The dishes on the menu will change regularly, using the best ingredients available on the day.

The estate's herb and vegetable gardens, along with local fresh seafood suppliers, artisan cheeses, poultry and meat producers, will supply the kitchens. The signature dishes include: Pickled Beetroot Carpaccio with goat's cheese fritters; Crayfish Lasagne with king oyster mushrooms; Pistachio Nougat served with rose geranium ice cream.

Delaire wines are perfectly matched to compliment Christiaan Campbell's vibrant cuisine, and guests can sample the full range of wines in the stunning Tasting Lounge, or enjoy a special food and wine paired tasting.
