Restaurant description

It is said that time waits for nobody; I guess the same can be said for the seasons. Autumn has arrived much faster than expected which leaves winter right around the corner. This is the time for us to finalize our new menu items from Cafe BonBon for the two seasons ahead. Patrons can look forward to hearty soups, our much requested classics and a few new additions to our menu. The menu will to a larger degree embrace the seasonal ingredients and showcase our great regional produce. To see exactly what we are up too, why not join us for a meal at Caf? BonBon in our magical setting on our farm at La Petite Dauphine.

Set amongst old Oak trees you will find Caf? BonBon where breakfast is served in a 200 years old restored wine cellar.

It's all about location, style, comfort, convenience and luxury.

The food is always outstanding, the staff friendly and everything picture perfect. This weekend I went especially to have some of the chocolate cake and what a disappointment when I learnt that there was no chocolate cake or lemon meringue. In the past it was always available. Hopefully it will be waiting for me next time I visit."

Read more "We recently spent a weekend in Franschhoek and enjoyed two of the best breakfasts we have had in a long while at Cafe Bon Bon on the beautiful Le Petite Dauphine estate. The setting was picture perfect for a wet winter's morning - cosy and with a fireplace. The service is friendly, attentive and professional and the food is superb. Our breakfasts were not only perfectly prepared, but also beautifully presented. Wonderful fresh orange juice and coffee too. The lunch menu looked equally delicious and we will be back!"
